Thank you for considering Moonspell Studios for your rental! The studio is available for rent Monday to Saturday from 8am to 9pm. The space is perfect for portraiture or boudoir. Pets are not welcome in the space (this obviously doesn't apply to service animals)
The space includes 200-year-old wood floors, painted brick, a living room/bed set, seasonal sets, a traditional portrait area with seamless paper backdrops, a lighted vanity, changing room, and a client lounge with refreshments and set up to be perfect for IPS. We are still gathering updated images of the space after a major remodel, but there are current videos on our Instagram which can be found here.

Rental Rates
All rentals include access to all four sets (boho bed, living room, seasonal, & backdrop), client lounge with refreshments, changing room, vanity, space to hang clothing, and access to a bluetooth speaker. A 50% nonrefundable payment & signed contract is required to book.
Hourly Rental (2 Hour Minimum): $100 per hour
Half Day Rental (4 Hours): $85 per hour
Full Day Rental (8 Hours): $75 per hour
Monthly Membership (Limited Availability, requirements must be met): $300 per month, Previous hourly renters can reach out for information and to check availability.

Studio Strobes: $40
Hair & Makeup Artist: $150
Boudoir Client Closet Access (S-5X): $75
Custom Sets: Starting at $50
